Ordering Online

Return / Refund Policy
If any item is damaged or broken on receipt, we will provide a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item, in its original packaging, together with a covering letter within 14 days of receipt.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you inform us of your intention within seven days of receipt and return them to us in their original condition and packaging within twenty eight days of receipt. In the interests of hygiene, lingerie must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Beauty products and vibrators must be in their original packaging with any seals unbroken. Once we have received the returned item in the correct condition, together with a covering letter, we will credit you with the full purchase price or provide a replacement as required. Postage and packing are not refundable.

Complaints
